Emily Maddock Khan is a Higher Education professional based in the UK with over 15 years experience in the sector. Emily is a Fellow of the UK-based Association of University Administrators (AUA) and a graduate of their PgCert Higher Education Administration, Management and Leadership. She is currently Head of College Services at University of Nottingham International College, a Kaplan International Pathways college, and a member of the Kaplan EDI Steering Group. Emily is DBA candidate in Higher Education Management at University of Bath with research focuses on EDI, globalisation, and decolonisation. Emily has previously worked in registry, international development, admissions, and teaching across four UK universities, two HE colleges, and one pathway provider.
