Chad Frans is an RPL Practitioner and Research Fellow at the University of the Western Cape’s TERI Research Group, and a part-time lecturer in Computer Applications Technology. His work sits at the intersection of digital innovation, AI, and higher education. A three-time recipient of institutional excellence awards, he is a co-author of journal articles currently under review on AI and RPL in higher education.
